Mission: To empower local communities by educating the underprivileged and ending hunger through food drive

ITServe CSR would like to give back to local communities through various charitable programs

Provide Technical/Leadership training and job network to underprivileged people in disadvantaged and rural communities

Skills and leadership development are an important component of employment and poverty reduction. Skill development and leadership development can contribute to lifting individuals out of poverty by improving access to work, increasing productivity, and fostering sustainable economic growth.

Skills development can occur in formal, informal, and on-the-job settings.  These trainings should help individuals become fully and productively engaged in employment opportunities or job creation. The trainings should reflect the changing demands of  and opportunities of the community’s economy and labor market.

Ending hunger in underserved communities through food drives

IT Serve CSR organizes food drives and eliminate hunger in the underserve communities by providing residents in need with programs that provide food, promote the value of nutrition.  We believe collaboration and partnerships – internally and externally – are essential to fulfilling our mission.

Provide STEM scholarships to needy high school and college students

Science, technology, engineering and mathematics employees play a key role in the sustained growth and stability of the U.S. economy, and are a critical component to helping the U.S. win the future. Low-income students are substantially underrepresented in STEM.  ITServe CSR encourages underrepresent students pursuing career in STEM by providing extra education, better resources, and more financial aid.

Next Gen Kids

It is imperative to all future generations that we help support our children who want to make a difference through public service in American politics. To encourage children, ITServe CSR will be creating a web-based platform providing a solid foundation with information on how to lead a public life. The platform will aim to keep children, students, and those interested in getting into American politics as informed as possible by providing tips and information from Congressmen, Senators, and people who are investing in elections.
